Datasets
- Global Populism Database
- How populist the speeches of presidents and prime ministers are, across countries and terms of office, coded by hand. Hosted on Harvard Dataverse.
- The PopuList
- Populist, far-left and far-right parties in Europe since 1989, classified with the help of country experts.
- V-Party
- The V-Dem Institute’s dataset on the policy positions and organisation of political parties across the world.
- Chapel Hill Expert Survey (CHES)
- Expert estimates of where national parties in Europe stand on European integration, ideology and policy issues, in waves since 1999.

- An independent centre in Brussels for research on and analysis of populism.
- Illiberalism Studies Hub
- A database of academic articles on illiberalism, kept by the Illiberalism Studies Program at George Washington University.
- Team Populism
- A network of scholars who study the causes and consequences of populism. Its site hosts datasets and papers.
- POPULISMUS
- An observatory of populist discourse at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
