What personal data PopuliVerse handles, and what it does not.

Last updated: 1 October 2026

PopuliVerse collects as little personal data as it can. The site has no user accounts, no comments section, no advertising and no cookies.

Who is responsible

Khayyam Rzazade, editor of PopuliVerse. Contact: [email protected]

When you visit

Hosting. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. To deliver the pages, GitHub processes technical data such as your IP address.

Visit statistics. The site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. For this, each page loads one small script from Cloudflare. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

Everything else. All other things the pages need, the typeface included, are served from this site itself.

When you write to the editor

Email. Messages to [email protected] are forwarded through Cloudflare to the editor’s inbox. A message is kept for as long as it takes to deal with it.

Newsletter. If you ask to be told about new issues, the editor keeps your email address on his list and uses it only for that. To be taken off the list, write to the same address.

Commentary authors. An author’s name, affiliation and ORCID iD are published with the piece and deposited with it in Zenodo.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data held about you. Write to the address above.
